TugaKits is a request-based concierge for soccer jerseys operated by Tuga Kits and More. We do not maintain physical inventory. Submitting a Request List is a request for a quote — not a purchase order, not a binding agreement, and not a guarantee of availability. A transaction only occurs if and when you explicitly confirm a quote we send you.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By using the site, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Prices displayed in the catalog are reference estimates based on our most recent supplier information. They are not offers and are subject to change. Your actual price will be confirmed in the quote we send after you submit a Request List. You are under no obligation to accept any quote. We are under no obligation to source any particular item.
When you submit a Request List, you authorize us to contact our suppliers to verify availability and current pricing on your behalf. This does not create a purchase obligation. We will send you a quote within approximately 24 hours. If you confirm the quote, that confirmation constitutes a binding purchase agreement.
No payment is collected through this website. Payment instructions are provided separately after you confirm a quote. Do not send payment before receiving a quote and confirming it. TugaKits is not responsible for payments made outside of the confirmed order process.
Delivery estimates provided in quotes are estimates only, not guarantees. Most orders ship within 2–4 weeks from order confirmation. Customized orders (name, number, patches) may take longer. Tracking information will be provided when available. TugaKits is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, customs, or carriers.
All sales are final. We accept returns only for items that arrive materially defective or significantly different from what was quoted. Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery by emailing tugakitssupport@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We do not accept returns for sizing issues, change of mind, or items that match the description in the quote.
