Tuga Kits and More ("TugaKits," "we," "us," or "our") operates tugakits.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
Order requests. When you submit a Request List, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and the items you requested. This information is used solely to prepare and deliver your quote and fulfill your order.
Newsletter. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send, or by visiting /unsubscribe.
Account sign-in. If you sign in via Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo as provided by Google. We do not receive your Google password.
Usage data. We use Firebase (Google) for hosting and our database. Firebase may collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited for diagnostic and security purposes.
We do not use your information for advertising, do not sell it to third parties, and do not use it to build profiles for marketing purposes.
TugaKits does not process payments online. No credit card or financial information is ever entered on this site. Payment arrangements are handled separately after you confirm a quote.
We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
We use browser localStorage to persist your Request List across sessions. No cross-site tracking cookies are set. Firebase may set session cookies for authentication purposes.
Order request data is retained for as long as needed to fulfill the order and for reasonable record-keeping. Newsletter subscribers are retained until they unsubscribe. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing tugakitssupport@gmail.com.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing tugakitssupport@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Our service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through our site, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
